Pocket PC Install Builder is aimed at making the distribution, and redistribution of newer version of applications and files for PocketPC easier. It is ideal for developers, as well as individuals who need to distribute any type of files to PocketPC.

After filling out the required information (company information, application information, location of files on Desktop PC, destination installation path , CPU specific files, shortcut information, etc.), the Install Builder will build redistributable .CAB files ( (c) Microsoft ) and bundle it into a install set for distribution. The install set is accompanied by 'n desktop executable application (ppcsetup.exe) that will install the files via the synchronization software on the desktop (Windows) to the hand held (PocketPC) device.
